InPulsar was founded in 2012 by 5 people with a background in the social field, who aimed to respond to the most vulnerable groups in the city of Leiria and contribute to a fairer and more humane society.
In 2018, it was recognised as a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS), and it continues its impactful journey in the lives of everyone it meets!
To consolidate its role as a reference institution in social intervention, creating innovative social responses.
To contribute to the social inclusion of people in situations of greater vulnerability and social exclusion, from a perspective of proximity and community involvement, focusing its intervention on the citizen and on the capacities of the community itself.
